Refund Policy

Our refund policy has been established to clarify the circumstances under which refunds will be issued. This document outlines the procedure for requesting a refund and NSUniversal’s obligations regarding refunds. By engaging in any of our services, you confirm that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to all terms and conditions detailed in the refund policy. It is imperative to thoroughly review and understand our refund policy prior to making any payment.

In order to maintain smooth interactions with our clients, NSUniversal meticulously records and archives all transactions. We offer a Money-Back Guarantee and other return procedures to ensure that our customers receive authentic and top-notch work on their projects. However, all return policies at NSUniversal are governed by the following clauses and can only be modified with the prior approval of the client.

The Money-Back Guarantee remains valid for 30 days from the date of service delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with the designs, you have three options for initiating a refund request: Telephone: +800 793 4185, Live Chat, or Email.
Refunds can be requested by completing the Return Request form, which will be sent to you via email. Upon timely receipt of the request, NSUniversal will refund 30% of the total amount charged.
Returns (Turnaround Time) are processed within 48 hours, excluding rush changes which are not eligible for returns.
If the return request is approved, the client will receive a refund within 30 days. If the client opts to cancel the website component of the package after 30 days, no refund will be issued; however, we will retain the project, and the client may return at a later time to resume the project.
Moreover, if the client requests additional revisions (1 or more design changes, irrespective of complexity) or alterations to any initial concepts, the client forfeits the aforementioned right to a refund.
Your entitlement to a refund will also be forfeited if you fail to promptly respond to NSUniversal’s status notifications.
